This was my first visit. It's in an awesome location-close to downtown, the UT campus, North, and East Knoxville. My latte was both hot and tasty.
I'm also impressed that the owners opened on a Sunday in order to support the students/faculty/staff at Austin-East High School.

The owners, Will and Katie Boggs, are incredible, and customers love knowing that their purchases support the shop's mission with Magnolia Ministries and the women of East Knoxville. The seasonal drinks and menu items, like the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, are highly praised. The different rooms and seating areas create a charming, house-like feel, perfect for meetings, alone time, or connecting with the community. While the temperature in some areas can be a bit cold, the overall atmosphere and quality of the coffee and food keep customers coming back.
