We were not able to book a reservation because we were looking for a dinner spot last minute. So we came early at 4:30pm and they were able to accommodate us. And WOW! Delicious drinks, great atmosphere and DELICIOUS FOOD! Would definitely come back to this restaurant next time I am in Knoxville!
This is a great place to visit if you are in Knoxville, we had the Souvlaki Mini’s w steak and they were absolutely delicious! Also the feta

Kefi offers a fantastic atmosphere and delicious appetizers made with fresh ingredients. It is recommended for groups to enjoy Mezze dishes such as spicy whipped feta and olives. The trio of mini souvlaki and Pastitsio are highlights, praised for their exceptional taste. The menu provides a variety of options. Kefi impresses with its selection of drinks, including the best old fashioned and espresso martini, served in a cozy yet upscale bar area. The Buttered Lobster Pasta dish is a must-try, and the Village Salad is fresh and amazing. The mahamara dip is an absolute favorite. For dessert, the flourless chocolate cake is a perfect surprise, extremely hard to find. Grape leaves, Greek salad, souvlaki (superb), feta hushpuppies (super yummy), and a large shrimp dish are also excellent. Kefi is a fantastic spot worth revisiting for both food and drinks.
The restaurant is praised for its fantastic cocktails, including the Pomegranate Gimlet and the Old Fashioned. Customers enjoy the Saganaki and Beef Fatayer small plates, as well as the Moussaka and Lavraki sea bass entrees. The Dolmathes and baklava are also highly recommended.
