Disappointed is an understatement. I get they had quite a few orders this day but for the cost of a cookie with icing on it to be what this place charges I expected a little more. The wording was decent but the diploma and person with what I assume is suppose to be gradation caps is a huge disappointment compared to the design on the website. They tried their best I assume but I most likely won’t be ordering another cookie cake from here anytime soon.

I love stopping by this great American cookie/Marble Slab ice cream. I don’t have one close to where I live now, but always make a point to stop on my way home. Skyler and Shelby are the best. Skyler actually remembered me even though I stop in less than once a month. You can tell they genuinely enjoy coming to work and make it their business to create a friendly environment. They told me about a sale that I had no idea about and I was able to take even more ice cream home than I expected. :) I always have a really great experience when coming to this store

The decoration on my “Happy Bird-Day” cake was so perfect and adorable!The cookie itself was awful. We consider ourselves Great American Cookie Company connoisseurs in my office, and we were downright disturbed by the thinness, uneven bake, and crunchiness of the cookie. We called the store and they stated there is a new dough they are using and offered a refund. They were kind and quick to resolve our concern, which is appreciated, but they need to go back to the old dough recipe!Until they bring back the old recipe, we will be cookieless for a while.

This is a highly disorganized and poorly run franchise. I’m not sure I’ve ever ordered a cookie cake and had it prepared correctly. One instance they didn’t have my order at all. Another attempt at giving them another chance and it wasn’t ready when I arrived; no big deal I left and came back in 20 minutes as they requested. Continued to wait another 10 minutes once I returned only for the cake to be completely wrong like no one had even looked at the order details. Their compensation was to give me an extra cake they had bc it had also been incorrectly decorated for a different customer. I would recommend anyone in the area just drive to the Maryville location; they’ve always done a great job for my orders.

I've been calling this location for days trying to order my wife a cookie cake. Each time the phone rings and rings and isn't picked up. So today is my wife's birthday and it's been advertised that you can pickup a cookie cake with no order time needed. I'm already doubtful because of my experience with the calls but I decide to give them another chance. I show up tonight, wait patiently in line. When I get to the front and attempt to order a cookie cake to go, they say they have too many cookie orders for the next day and can't do anything for me. I hadn't mentioned any sort of size or anything they just said they couldn't help. I don't blame the workers but it's clear to me this is an extremely disorganized poorly managed store. It's a shame this location can't live up to its company name. I say tread cautiously if you decide to give this store a chance.
