After supper, we decided to get ice cream. We stopped by Haagen-Dazs and the Banana Split Dazzler Sundae did not disappoint. It was fresh and delicious! I would also like to add that Leon F. took great care of us. He was patient as we made our selections and very attentive to our questions and needs. Great job, Häagen-Dazs and Leon!!!
I bought a cookies and cream milkshake here today and it was phenomenal. By far the best milkshake I’ve ever had, it was so smooth and delicious. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, the lady who took my order, didn’t catch her name, was so cheerful, bright, and beyond nice. The whole experience was amazing, I’ll definitely be back every time I’m in Knoxville!

They were tending to a large family when I arrived but still greeted me nonetheless. The young man (he had glasses and necklaces on) was incredibly nice and had an extensive knowledge about midnight cookies and cream. He was very patient and understanding even when I had to search my bag for a few cents. I’ll definitely be returning!
