“Field houses a fun low-key place to meet friends for lunch. The waitresses and waiters are top-notch and very friendly. The food is good but the selection is a bit limited. They do have several things I enjoy, but I would check the menu before I went if it was my first time.

“We pulled into Applebee's after driving 15 hours to grab some dinner before we crashed for the night. The service was great! Our waitress was super fast and friendly. The food wasn't as great unfortunately. The mozzarella sticks were really good and a nice start to the meal. My wife ordered some sort of Alfredo pasta and I ordered the chicken and shrimp. My chicken was good and had a really good flavor but my shrimp were raw. The great thing was that my plate was still sizzling when it came out so I could attempt to cook them. However when I tried them they tasted funny so I wasn't going to attempt to eat them and get food poisoning while on vacation. The sides were ok. My wife's meal was definitely the worst. Her pasta tasted like glue and water I would have been ashamed to bring that out to serve. Our waitress was super nice she noticed my wife didn't eat her meal and refunded the portion of her meal but by the time she did that my wife lost her appetite. It's a shame that they have such a nice atmosphere and wonderful wait staff only to have really below average food. It will be a long time before I eat Applebee's anytime soon after that.“

“I really enjoyed the set up and it wasn't very pricey like I expected it to be. There were plenty of tables to sit around and a few board games to play while you drink. Neat set up. You pay with a card and they give you a wrist band to walk around and scan at different taps to choose whatever drink you want and they charge per ounce.“

We mentioned playing pool right when we walked in and at the end of our meal, he noticed we were finishing up and went ahead and brought us sticks and pool balls. “I've lived/worked in sevierville/gatlinburg for the last 10 yrs. I don't drive to Knox bc the drive socks. Today was my best friend's birthday and I wish we would've made this our first stop bc we would've spent time here instead of trudging through a poor gauntlet of sub par bars. The fried pickles were great, the fried SMOKED GOUDA Mac and chz bites were also delicious!!! The cool bartender also entertained my shirt.....hopefully she reads this and knows that their demeanor and the overall atmosphere ensures that my friends and I will be there again. “Love the food, drinks, and the lake view. What’s odd is the amount of employees hanging at the bar when I go in. Half the bar is filled with employees eating and just hanging out. Most bars/restaurants don’t allow employees at the bar on or off schedule. I assume they were employees because they all had the same shirts on as the servers and bartender. Bar seats around 10-12 people and I counted 5 employee looking kids. Every time I go in this is usually happening.“

“After visiting the Natural History Museum at UT we found this wonderful sunspot in which both my boyfriend and I enjoy a very satisfying meal. Sometimes is difficult for us to find a restaurant with both vegetarian menu and carnivore menu is this restaurant happens to have options for everyone. My salad was made with very fresh vegetables, green leaves and home made pickles. The squash soup was homemade, taste and spicy. He bet for a hamburger that found delicious!“

“The Queso was awesome .... Beef Fajitas were good ... the meat could have used some seasoning but the other fixing made up for that.... My daughter said the guacamole was on fire ! (In 19 yr old speech that means amazing) she said she's pretty sure it was made in house and not store bought .... and the Coke Cola was great ....right up there with Chic fil a and sonic !“

“This was only the 3rd time we visited this college bar. Every time we visit the security guys out front are very polite. The bar tenders are always friendly and get to every customer quickly. Again this is a college dive bar and the mens room was clean as any other bar in town. This time we got food and my grilled chicken sandwich was huge and delicious. If you’re in the area for sure stop by.“

“Enjoyed the food and the service. Maggie, our server, was friendly and attentive. The Mushroom and Whisky Burgers were both delicious, and my grandson devoured the kids' pizza, leaving only crumbs. Prices are reasonable as well.

Kid-friendliness: 8 entrée items on the kids' menu that had enough activities on it to keep him busy until the food arrived. Our waitress treated our grandson with respect and listened to what he had to say.“
