Waited a long time to take our order, but once the order was in, it got better. Small atmosphere so if there is a game or a large group, it can get noisy.“

“We came here on a whim, hoping to watch the Packer game. Game was on, service was on point. FOOD WAS HOT!!The wings were sauced perfectly, the flavor of the smash burger was pure deliciousness and even the fries were hot and crispy. My Daughter has various allergies and they had no problem checking the type of oil or the ingredients in her staple, chicken and fries! WELL DONE! THANK YOU!“

“I have to give this place 5 stars ! Great entertainment almost every night of the week. 16 tv's , Darts ,karaoke on Mondays and Thursdays and they have live music on the other nights! The food is fantastic! Service was great ! We had the best time . The people were so friendly there . We will definitely will definitely be going back!!“

“My husband and I frequent here often and over the years we’ve witnessed the highs and lows but overall it’s been pleasant. This store is so lucky to have their manager Kayla she went above and beyond to rectify and correct a hiccup we had in our recent visit and truly amazed me the grace and empathy that woman carried. Our server was avery, keep doing what you’re doing girl, this jobs hard and not for the weak, but you’re doing great. No negative review ever does any good, but communication and good management will take places far 🫶🏼“

“They have the best teriyaki-pineapple wings & lettuce wedge. So fresh! We weren’t a big fan of the gravy on the meatloaf or the salsa on the neyland nachos. We will def be back for more wings and wedge salad!!“

“Really enjoyed the experience here. It took less than 30 seconds to check me in. All I need to do is give my ID to scan and a card to put on file (they said I can pay cash when it’s time to pay if I wanted). Just like that I have a wrist band and can pick what ever beer I want. It’s cool to pour 2-5 oz to try something with a low cost low risk opportunity.

I had 21.8 oz total of different kinds of beers and it only cost me $10 bucks before tip. I was checking out and someone else had a party of 5 and their bill was only $56 with beer and food and they thought it would be at least $30 more. It seems like if you can navigate drinks and food well you can really get a great value.

Although it’s tough not to have parking in front of the store I did learn that the parking lot near the bridge is free after 6pm M-F and free on weekends. Definitely will choose to park here. I did have to pay when I came but for 2.5 hours I only paid $3.45 for parking

“Stopped in as a place to hide from rush hour between Detroit and Atlanta, landed at the PERFECT spot. Food was amazing, prices were good, regulars were nice and welcoming. My dog was allowed on the patio so we all got to relax. Got to chat with the awesome owner. Will absolutely come back if I'm in the area, and will tell everyone I know who passes through Knoxville to stop by this jem.“

If you actually talk to the bartenders like they are HUMAN BEINGS (side note we all are 🤪) and don’t try to cause issues because you think that chicken is croutons… then you’re sittin pretty. This is a smokers bar so come one come all. Last call for kitchen food is 11:45 and last call for drinks is 2:30 am. As a night shifter I LOVE THIS. I can’t express what this place has meant to me throughout the last 3 years and I couldn’t be happier to drive 30 minutes here to have people who are genuine around me. P.S. there was no pork in that salad and those “croutons” was actually chicken surprise they gave you what you asked for. Don’t ask for discounts you don’t deserve.“

Jackson has Down Syndrome and is non verbal and loves sports, but isn’t able to play due to his extreme scoliosis - but he loves to watch golf and wanted his party there. I certainly didn’t expect the big sign with his name, a shirt his perfect size and card signed by everyone. You made his day extra special and this mom very happy someone went out of the way. But not sure what I expected when I ordered a steak from an Applebee's lol. Mozzarella sticks were surprisingly really good.“

“Our server, Isaac, was amazing and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. He was incredibly proactive, he let us know an order came out wrong before even bringing it to the table and assured us he was already fixing it. That level of attention really stood out.

He was also very accommodating, which made a big difference dining with a rambunctious three-year-old. Despite us ordering a lot of mixed drinks for the table, everything came out quickly and smoothly. we never felt like we were waiting.

At one point, we thought we had lost our card, and Isaac went out of his way to help my husband look for it. We ended up finding it in our car, but his willingness to help made a stressful moment much easier.

There were several moments where our experience could have gone wrong, but thanks to Isaac’s attentiveness and proactive approach, everything went seamlessly. We really appreciated it and will definitely be back!“

But if you’re looking for a nice place to have a beer and a good time for a great price, this is your spot. I love grabbing a blue moon and sitting on their patio underneath the beautiful trees And watching people go by on a sunny afternoon. The servers have always been friendly, I love the twins... They spoil my fur baby with treats. The food is just watch you expect, bar food, but its good and gets the job done when you want something simple. To me, urban bar is exactly what it should be at the perfect location. I hope it never changes! It’s a Knoxville Old City staple.“

“Great spot with a friendly atmosphere. The staff was super nice and made us feel welcome. The only downside was that the grill shuts down at 9 PM, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to eat later. Overall, a good experience and worth stopping by.“
