This review isn't based on a delivery...this was an in-restaurant experience. (We placed the order face to face! Mistakes happen but own it and don't be rude!)Apparently, when you order a Bread Bowl of French Onion Soup, it doesn't come with cheese. Does it say cheese on the menu? Yes. Have they given us soup without cheese not once, but now twice? Yes. And they left out an item. We ordered THREE THINGS. We love Panera. Their soups, macaroni and cheese, and sandwiches are delicious. My whole family loves broccoli and cheese soup and we all eat it every time together.They are pretty busy when we go but ordering via the kiosk/ipad things on the side are super quick and our food was ready within 5 minutes of us arriving.Always tasty and amazing. We love this place.

We used to love Panera for their pumpkin muffins and cranberry orange muffins. For some reason they stopped making those and now only have things we can find anywhere else for cheaper.Even for the bagels they don’t have jelly anymore ! So disappointing. Hopefully they will change their mind.
