We used to love Panera for their pumpkin muffins and cranberry orange muffins. For some reason they stopped making those and now only have things we can find anywhere else for cheaper.Even for the bagels they don’t have jelly anymore ! So disappointing. Hopefully they will change their mind.

So my order was delivered to my house, as per usual it seems to be always missing an item, upon a closer look the pastry bag was in there for my bear claw (even some almonds n the bottom) I guess the driver got hungry on his way here! When I complained it was missing from the order they gave me a coupon for my next visit. Not a credit back! Really gross if the guy reached in my bag and ate part of my order.

This review isn't based on a delivery...this was an in-restaurant experience. (We placed the order face to face! Mistakes happen but own it and don't be rude!)Apparently, when you order a Bread Bowl of French Onion Soup, it doesn't come with cheese. Does it say cheese on the menu? Yes. Have they given us soup without cheese not once, but now twice? Yes. And they left out an item. We ordered THREE THINGS. They literally tossed in half a baguette (because I really need it to go along with the bread bowl?!) but they forgot an item that was paid for.When we called about it after getting home, we were met by Brandon's nonchalant attitude of "uh huh. Uh huh." He didn't care at all but if he pretended to, I wouldn't be so irritated with service. If Brandon is reading this review (North Peters location), you're the reason Service is getting 1 star. Food gets 2 stars because they've messed up my SOUP order twice and both orders were inedible. Very salty and too greasy. At least that part is consistent.P.S. Really appreciate Brandon's offer of "We'll put your name on our list and next time we'll take care of you." NO thanks.
