But Cass brought us documents with all the ingredients of each fish so we new we made safe choices. She was also lovely, personable and very professional. She not only treated us with exemplary service, but we saw her serving others with excellence as well. She is a wonderful representative of your company.“

“I love this Chinese restaurant ever since 2022 and I always got my fried chicken and rice. But this time I was very disappointed then ever. So I got my food I went home excited cause I love it and when I ate with my sister the chicken was oddly dry…and it tasted like iron and I only ate one. And the next day my sister was sick, she threw up, but she ended up with this terrible sickness that was contagious.“

The food is a little expensive, but for the skill you get to witness when your chef prepares it at the table, it's worth it. The sushi and appetizers were good as well. “We tried the Peking duck, it’s delicious. Succulent, tasty, cooked perfectly, fresh. We got a whole one, with tax it’s $52. Served with the traditional thin pancakes, green onion and cucumber, and your choice of steamed or fried rice. They gave us a bottle of hoisin sauce. Loved it! I’ve had Peking duck in Beijing and another southern city, this spot definitely tops the other southern place we went to. My husband has been here separately with friends over a decade ago, and my friends have been here separately and enjoyed it. I’m glad to have an option for Peking duck in Knoxville!“

“Clean restaurant, decent food and prices. If youve ever been to panda express, it's exactly like that. I really don't understand why this location has a 3.9. Panda Express is to Chinese what fazolis is to Italian. You have to adjust expectations a bit for what is ultimately fast food.“

“I had the shrimp lo mein and it was average. The shrimp were small and there were only a few in the whole thing. Could've been more flavorful too. The food was decent though. The restaurant was empty and dead silent and looked like it hadn't been updated in a long time. Prices were cheap and service was fantastic though. It looks like they have some excellent family meal deals as well. Definitely worth checking out, but it's nothing out of the ordinary!“

They have a nice array of sauces you can add if you like, but don't assault you with overdressed food up front (cough cough chain restaurant). “I’ve been going to Tokyo & Mandarin since I was about 5 years old . I’m now 16. This is definitely a very calm environment and I love that. The service and food is always amazing! My sister and I go often. They’ve never disappointed. I wish they still had hibachi on Sunday but I understand understaffing. The family that runs it is always so polite and hospitable. The waitress that is there every single day is the sweetest woman and amazing at her job! 100/10 recommend.“

“I have learned by eating at Panda Express often for 2 years your portion size depends on who is waiting on you. if a 98 lb. teenage girl that don't like anything but french fries serves you, you're not going to get very much. she'll fix your plate like she is going to eat it. sometimes you get a lot on your plate and sometimes you don't. it depends on who waits on you.“

“They’ve been having trouble the past couple times I’ve tried to come through with the drive thru being closed at least once. My wife managed to go by today and it was open but they were purposely staggering drive thru. Seems like a staffing issue.

Food is typically pretty good and hot. Just curious what’s going on with staffing since Panda typically pays higher than average food service wages. Good place if they can recover.“
