The atmosphere was so beautiful and intimate, tucked away in a booth with low lighting and it truly was an amazing experience. “This is a great little place! We came in because of the puns and stayed for the food. The customer service was great and the girl who helped us was so polite and kind while our kids entertained her. We got the deep fried ravioli, a pizza for the kids, the chicky parm and the mind grinder. We liked everything we got! We haven’t been to the food truck but if we see it we’ll definitely stop.“
“I have to say that I was a tad disappointed when I walked in by the atmosphere. It looked very average; meaning the tables, chairs, drink station, etc. was just like any other fast food-type restaurant. I walked to the counter to place my order with the friendly (and I think Italian) cashier, paid, was handed cups and the told he would bring our order over to the table when it’s ready. Everything very standard and basic to this point. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious garlic knots and marinara. Perfectly crispy, yet soft and served with house-made marinara. Pizza was perfectly baked, perfectly level and precisely dressed. Great flavor, fresh ingredients. Our dining experience was anything but average. I think this is my new favorite pizza place and I’m looking forward to trying other dishes that they prepare as well. No complaints here! Delicious, authentic-ish Italian food. It’s worth a try for sure.“
“Being originally from the Chicagoland area I had high hopes going in since it has been 4 years since I had Rosati’s pizza. First the good; it tasted just like I remembered it and had the proper amount of cheese to sauce ratio for both the thin and deep dish I ate. Now the bad; the crust is normally crispier and has larger edges. Also, they skimped on toppings. There was very little pepperoni and sausage on it. Overall it was good, but it does not measure up to the Plainfield, IL location as I remembered it. 7.5 out of 10.“
“this was a very fun and unexpected find, stumbled upon it, and glad we did. the decor is lively, the staff is charming and the food was delicious. really enjoyed the pesto gnocchi...the pesto was rich and a bit spicy, nice touch with the roasted pignoli. also tried the pear ginger cocktail and it was refreshing as advertised. thia is a fun place I'll seek out again if i drive through knoxville again one day.Vegetarian options: the kitchen was kind enough to make mine without meat, there were other options, but how can one resist gnocchi?“
“Visiting from San Diego and blown away by the quality of their pizza and garlic knots. You can taste the difference in their quality of cheese and their marinara sauce is noticeably superior. I almost never dip my bread in marinara but the I couldn’t get enough of this savory sauce.“
“1st time. Decent food, fast casual, my mom thought it was confusing to see self serve metal forks and plastic knives. The stuffed shrimp shells with cheese was stuffed with ricotta with shrimp in the sauce. The staff was considerate to my mom, substituting in alfredo instead of regular marinara for her entree. She said her dish was too salty, but I thought it was OK since cheese is supposed to have salt in it. I looked for the plate return area. The staff inverted a tray over the trash bin hole at that station with a sign to leave our dishes on the table for them to clean up. For dinner overall, more affordable and quicker than most sit down Italian restaurants. Seating was about 50% full on Monday night. Staffing appears adequate for bigger crowds.“

“Our host/hostess/server Shaya really made our first visit memorable. Have been by SPP a million times but never stopped. We wanted pizza and beer this afternoon and randomly picked Sargent Pepper Pizza. The service and food was as good as it gets. Recommend the Buffalo cheese dip as a starter. “We were there celebrating a friend's birthday. We had a large group so they seated us in the back room which was great so we could freely converse and hear each other easily without disturbing everyone. Our server (I think her name was Bre?) Was fantastic. Very fun and attentive and did a great job. The food was excellent as always.“

“We usually order take out here bc we have a very talkative/ rambunctious toddler. We decided to try eating in this time. The waitress we had was extremely kind. We didn’t have to ask for anything. She anticipated what we needed and was very mindful of our toddler at the table. Food was good and the portions are big enough to have another meal at home. We hope to have the same waitress next time. Just wish we remembered her name!“

Allergies were not taken as seriously as they should have been, and were almost devastating, if I hadn't noticed my allergen in what was brought. Drinks ordered before dinner sat at the bar while we waited and finished our food. Again, there was nothing wrong at all, The only reason I would hesitate to return was that we felt the pricing was a bit high.2 mixed drinks(small), water and 2 dinner meals ran nearly $80. Small drinks are 12 to 15 each, but were delicious. Entrees start around 20 and up.If you have a little extra to spend, want a good atmosphere, and on point food, give them a try. I would suggest having plenty of time. It did take some time to get drinks, and food was about 25 to 30 mins after ordering. It had its charm and the waiter packed our to go boxes, so no complaints on service other than speed. Worth a try!“
“Recently went to Cappuccino's for my birthday! Our server's name was Leah and was kind enough to answer all our questions and make suggestions as to her favorite items on the menu. There were 8 adults and two children. We ordered 4 appetizers and 9 meals. (Surf and turf, Filet Marsala, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parm --all delicious) Every single person loved their dish. The manager, Abby, actually came by to check on us.Take your date there....they will be impressed.Take your parents... you owe them one.Take your grandparents....they will love you for it.Take your clients there....you need their business......or just take yourself....you deserve it.Only negative was when the front door opened (lots of people on a Saturday night) you could feel the cold air at the table...not a whole lot you can do about that.“

“On the way home, a friend of mine, my girlfriend and I, stopped in to get a fast meal and to our surprise this place was packed. With a 30 minute wait time we started to leave but it smelled so good that 30 minutes wasn’t enough to make us want to leave !!! The food was awesome!! They even had some live band playing, that was pretty good as well. They was under staffed but was managing. The staff was very polite and they were able to get us served fairly quick. I worked here for several years when it was Arthur’s through college to pay tuition. Arthur made lots of jokes about college boy that can’t spell when I had to post specials on the marquee- that was me. Good times and free captains wafers and ranch for servers.“

Minestrone soup was delicious, fresh breadsticks, and salad. This is the best Olive Garden meal we have had in many years. We took a shot based on the ratings and so glad we did.
