“We stumbled upon Forno grill a few years ago after moving out to Knoxville and boy were we happy! As former NYer’s we tend to seek out the most similar pizza to match back home and this certainly is it. The restaurant is always immaculate and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. Every year for my children’s birthdays we provide pizzas for their class party and we use Forno grill ofcourse. They have always taken good care of me each time I’ve ordered. “This place could be so much more, but because of the lazy owner, it has trickled down to a lazy staff. The food is horrible and some of the staff are lazy, not all, but most. The drinks are in small glasses and food is very processed (frozen stuff they just heat up) They NEVER advertise in advance to show what bands are playing and if it weren't for the bands in the first place and the fact that there's no other bars in the area, they'd be out of business. It's the bands that keep them in business, not to mention that there isn't anything else (entertainment wise) anywhere near, so they have a monopoly by default. If they had competition, they'd be done. worst customer service and food around. Also, there's no dance floor, so if you want to dance, you have to move chairs and tables yourself or just sit at your table and chair dance.“

“Stopped in Saturday 9/21 for the never ending pasta bowls that was advertised, was disappointed as they advertise the never ending pasta bowls but then limit it to 3 serving including your original dish, and of course the other 2 are way smaller then the original plate, which is fine, but should be never ending as advertised not only limiting to 2 small bowls after the original plate as that's not never ending and is false advertised, doesn't even say anything on the card that shows the dishes that's on the list of never ending pasta bowls or on their advertisement. Other then that our food was good, waiter and staff was friendly. Gave it 4 stars because of the false advertising of the never ending pasta bowls when it's not.“

“All I can say is OH MY GOD!!!!! As a New Yorker who loves to eat, I try to find the best places whenever I get to go somewhere new. During an impromptu trip to Knoxville, I asked someone for a great place to eat as I'd been eating hospital food for a few days. She recommended Saville, and I must say this is a MUST TRY!!! The place is the cutest spot to visit. You can BYOW, which I didn't during this visit but I'm hoping for a next time. The food, well.....I enjoyed Scallops picatta, and for dessert a Limoncello Mascarpone Cake that melts in your mouth. I was in HEAVEN!!! So, whenever you are in the area stop in and enjoy from what looked like an assortment of delicious dishes to try. And Liz the owner was Amazing!!! ♡♡♡“

“The food is magnificent, specially tiramisu and the pizza my husband have trouble eating late and we try their pizza and he was amazed coz it was not heavy on his stomach during night , he loves it !!! The only thing I can say hope they have more options on dessert ( as there’s no tiramisu) online coz the last time I order deliver i put instructions that I want tiramisu as my dessert but they send me cake ? . If they are out they should call their costumer and hope they have coloring sheets and crayons for kids .“

“My friend and I went there today.A gentleman on his break eas very kind answering my 2 questions. We ended up getting the cheeseburgers deluxe with added fried onions. They were really good. My son and his wife takes me there sometimes to get pizza and ounion rings. They are the best. You will not be disappointed at this place ever.“

“We were in Knoxville just for an overnight and chose Gavino's for dinner as it was close to our hotel - turned out to be a great choice. Pizza was excellent and garlic knots some of the best we have ever had, and we have sampled many over the years. Mary Beth was our server and was efficient, congenial, and a joy to talk to. Overall a 5 star experience and a place to which we will certainly return should our travels bring us to Knoxville again.“

“We went here because of all of the fantastic reviews (never having been before). Overall I’d say it was okay. I ordered the Greek pizza - it was pretty good and I’d definitely order it again. My wife ordered a gyro and she said the tahini sauce was amazing. The fries and fried mushrooms were clearly premade/frozen. Our little one ordered the kids spaghetti and he ate every bite so it must’ve been good lol.

This is the type of place where you order first, sit down, and the food is brought to your table when it’s ready. I must say the service staff was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. It looks like it was setup for a buffet but it’s unclear as to whether or not the buffet line is still used.

This is also the type of place where you order food to share. Once the food is brought out; you get up and go to a central table for silverware and plates that your family will need.“

Lots of great cheese and fresh toppings. The "cup" pepperoni is awesome. My wife ordered a sausage, onion, olive, and peppers with extra cheese .
