I ordered curbside today through the Zaxby’s app. After sitting here for 30 minutes (they were busy and I have worked in the food industry before, so try to be extremely patient) and checking in multiple times because I still had no food, I went inside. I was told they don’t have curbside at this location. I pointed to the sign on the sidewalk that literally says curbside and tells you to check in. Out of the stores in my area this one stands above the others in food quality great service and a relaxing warm and friendly environment. This store is the only one I take my family and friends

Our visit was all good. It was nice to find a place with seating on a football-home-game Saturday. In our family there's a healthy debate: which is better, Bojangles or Zaxby's? I think I need to try them both again before deciding.
