1 of the pizzas out of the 2 we ordered was terrible like it had been sitting .Pick up time was 435 but at 414 was sent an email that it was ready .My son got there and was not ready until 435. According to tracker and email it was ready but nope!!Cheese bread was ok but nothing was like it was the last few times thumbs ?..
When I went inside they were busy. Said their machines were down. Took my order and paid. While I waited decided I wanted to try more food but didn't want to bother them placed a second order online and paid. My first order was up and I told them I placed another order online. They said they were not able to fix it. I said ok just cancel. The general manager seemed overwhelmed staff seemed new.

The food was good but the service was not. They lost our order and when they finally figured it out the food had been sitting so long the wings had to be redone. Our steak and cheese sub was dry and missing toppings. We asked for lettuce on the sub and the lettuce was given on the side folded up in foil. The lettuce was wilted and brown. I suggest ordering online only. They seem to process the orders better and order anything except the steak and cheese sub. Lol
