It's been about 6 years since I've had Zaxby's and the flavor has not changed. Still amazing! The crew at this location were polite and got my order out faster than expected. Thank you for a great welcome back experience!

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant that offers chicken fingers and wings, but experiences vary. Some customers find the wings disappointing; for example, bone-in wings can be very dried out, and boneless wings are only available tossed in sauce, with dry rub on the side requiring self-application—this can be a strange experience. Despite this, many enjoy the chicken, describing it as good, though occasionally a bit dry. One customer appreciated the food quality and quick service, especially noting that the chicken is generally enjoyable.
Customer service is hit or miss. Some reviewers praise the staff for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially highlighting a manager who allowed a dietary substitution, making the experience positive. Conversely, others report terrible service, with staff having bad attitudes, being rude, or unhelpful—such as forgetting items or dismissing requests. One customer specifically praised a staff member named Sydney for her kindness and patience during a payment issue, noting her professionalism as a positive example for others.
Cleanliness and food quality also vary; some mention lettuce being wilted and cucumbers not fresh in a cobb salad, indicating inconsistency. Overall, while many find the food enjoyable and the staff friendly, negative experiences with service and food quality at some locations are also reported.
