I had a pregnancy craving for an ice cold fruit punch HiC and I went to 3 places looking for one and finally ended up at zaxbys who had it. They were so nice and gave it to me for free. They didn't even know what I went through to get there for one. I was gonna pay for it but they said I was fine! They made this pregnant lady happy!!

Ordered a Garden Asian salad, with cheese and extra wontons. The app allows you to add the items. The drive thru employee told me that it couldn't be done. He repeated the garden Asian salad and the rest of the order. When I got home, it was with grilled chick and he charged me for extra items. I tried to call the restaurant, as it was just a few minutes away, and the telephone was off the hook, with a continual busy signal. Sadly, there was only one other customer. Just had the worst chicken sandwich (if I dare to call it that) I have ever had. We have always been pleased prior but this was literally sickening to say the least. I realize that this is not the fault of the local restaurant, but they are responsible for what they serve. Poor girl at the register coughed without stopping our entire visit. Was not a pleasant meal.

Decent. We were traveling down south and stopped for a late night meal. The lady running the drive thru was incredibly polite. She was patient while we decided what we wanted and was super nice. Overall the chicken was good. Fries were ok and their sauce is pretty good. Cole slaw leaves a bit to be desired. When you order a large drink, you'll be shocked at just how large it is!!! Overall I'd recommend and we will be back.

Changed rating due to new chicken sandwich experience. Their sandwich was the best when it was new. In the past six months, the chicken patty has been reduced to half the size of the bun. Complete FALSE ADVERTISING now…. It’s absolutely nothing like the pictures on their website or menu!!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out and thank you to Casey that works here at the Emory road store right next to the Taco Bell if she wouldn't have acted as fast as she did I can promise you that I would have been in the hospital see I'm diabetic and I'm new to being diabetic so I had went a little too long without eating and it hit me out of the blue and because she acted so fast and was such an amazing lady I don't have to go to the hospital thank you Casey and thank you Zaxby's and I hope I spelled her name right

The ambience of the place was good. It was set up in a retro style. The food was not so great and expensive for the quality of the food served. Also the service was very slow.

Food is always pretty good. My problem is I pay $10 for a salad and then they want to charge extra for an extra packet of dressing. Also I ordered a Zac snak and wanted ketchup for my fries and BBQ sauce for my chicken and they were going to charge me extra for the BBQ sauce. I canceled the order. Ridiculous!

The general manager of the store is absolutely rude. I believe his name is Brandon. And doesn’t treat his employees good at all. When I was in there I did not see him helping his staff at all while they were super busy.
