Only had the pizza and crazy bread in the portal! Didn't have my 6 dips or crazy sauce! Was not friendly and like it made him mad when I ask for rest of my things! He didn't apologize or anything
They did great on an obviously short staffed store!! Not sure about the rest of the US but here in servierville to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg,some places are still understaffed!! We thank you all for your patience!!
Pizza was as expected and on time and we ordered five specialty pizzas and sides.

However, there were complaints about the hot and ready pizza being unavailable and a longer wait time. Customers appreciate the efficient service and pleasant demeanor of the staff. Management seems to do the best they can with what they're given to work with. The hot n ready pizzas never seem to be actually ready, or if they are then the pizzas aren't that hot. The employees are less than helpful or knowledgeable, and they are not friendly or welcoming. This is a tourist town and packed out and most places are short staffed so patience is needed.
