I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
My order taker Alex, was very helpful, polite, and professional. Pigeon Forge Parkway location. The dining area/restrooms were very clean. Relaxing place to go after working all day.

However, there is a concerning and recurring issue with a homeless person staying in the dining room, carrying on conversations, sleeping, and creating an unbearable smell. Despite the good food and friendly service, this problem makes it difficult to eat inside.
