Ordered online, we asked the girl at the register where we get our online orders. She says wait to hear your name called out. We confirm and sit. 30 minutes in and we realize this girl has zero idea what she’s doing. So we look and see 3 bags of food and 4 cups that, to our surprise, ended up being ours. Don't recommend. been in drive thru 25min. expensive and very slow. we never got our food .. got fed up and drove off
first time ever been to a Freddy's. That we had a bad experience. first off. Place was completely filthy. And wasn't busy. Workers standing doing nothing. tables needed wiped. ice pouring over drink machines. But the worst thing was the food was raw. I figured after seeing 2 mangers. one a woman and one a guy. doing nothing. I didn't even try and say nothing. If I could post pictures I would. yeah this place is a no for me. But will continue going to the one on Chapman hwy.
