Let me start off by saying we love Freddy's. However, this was not our best experience at a Freddy's.A little salt goes a long way and apparently they have a surplus they're trying to get rid of. The fries were extra salty and my burger was almost inedible, same for the rest of my family.The cashier was friendly, but an encounter with another employee was subpar. What a great and delicious experience for our 1st time ever at Freedys, this one in Sevierville. We were welcomed when we walked in and the inside had a very clean retro look. Our order taker, Erin was so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond in helping us out. Drew runs a tight ship. We eat at Freddy's quite often and I complimented the manager on his restaurant. The food was beyond Freddy's standards and the place was neat and clean, even at lunchtime. It's a great place to eat!Parking: Easy in, easy out off 441
