Burgers were very good. Milk shake was not a blended shake but rather just frozen custard drawn from a machine. Not what I expected and not good. Prices were high for a fast food joint with no atmosphere and only counter service.

Second time to this Freddy's no custard first time second time cold hotdog, sent it back got ugly looks and cold buns on the next hotdog then the lady beside us came over to us and told us her hamburger bun was cold. I don't recommend Freddy's in Sevierville.

Counter staff was very hard to understand, too soft spoken for a noisy environment. Food was good, quick service but not really focused on ensuring orders are called and received by the purchaser. Our ice cream sat in the counter unbeknownst to us that it was ours.
