I just want to say how much I appreciate the staff at this location. They are literally always so friendly and honestly one of the better part of my day stopping there to get a sweet tea before I go to work
Great fast food and customer service.
We went for breakfast & they definitely didn’t have it together. We had to ask if they were taking orders as we waited for 5 min with nobody even looking our way. We got our food finally & the hash brown rounds were terrible, tasted undercooked & old. The sausage biscuit was just ok.. was not the bojangles im used to.

Bojangles in Newport, TN offers excellent service and delicious food, like their popular chicken strips. The staff, led by manager Michael, goes above and beyond for customers. Customers often praise the friendly and helpful team members, such as Kristin and Felecia, who make dining experiences enjoyable and memorable. The restaurant provides a welcoming environment, with attentive staff who work hard to ensure orders are correct and service is fast. Occasionally, mistakes like missing items can happen, but the staff's professionalism and effort usually make up for it. Despite some minor issues, Bojangles remains a great spot for a delightful lunch or picnic meal at Round Mountain.
