The food was good and the employees were nice, especially Nancy. There was an argument in the lobby and it was because some older man wanted to have an argument over politics, then some other lady started going off about having to wait for her food. The employees were super busy and trying to be helpful but the customers were just horrible.
I order online. But!! You go in to get your order and you have to stand in line to get your order. Such a big hassle. I work in Knoxville and no hassle. This Subway chain has gone down sense they moved. The manager Ashley talks down to everyone. Even customers when you try to settle a dispute. Our mobile orders are wrong nearly 100%of the time. Last time we went, we never selected for any oil, vinegar or mayo and when we got home, the bottoms of our subs were nearly dissolved because they soaked the bread in oil, vinegar and mayo making it basically inedible.
