We decided to walk up and order from the stall right outside the store. It took a very long time before anyone answered and then they placed us on hold. Another extraordinarily long time passed before they came back on the mic and placed our orders in motion. True to their nature it took way longer than it should have and when I was almost to the point of walking out one of their waitresses came and asked what exactly it was that we had ordered, frustrating. It’s honestly been years and years since I’ve seen customer service as well as it is at this particular sonic.
There was a mistake but the manager, Amanda, corrected it with the utmost grace and professionalism! Very impressed. Will be visiting here every time I come through Newport.
