Hardee's offers a variety of tasty options and friendly service in a clean environment. Customers enjoy trying the new prime burger, which features two pieces of roast beef on top of the burger patty, and praise the hot and fresh fries. The sausage breakfast platter is consistently good, and service is quick, with staff willing to accommodate order changes without attitude. The chicken wraps, especially the skinny chicken tenders, are a popular choice, offering good value at $2.50 for two. The atmosphere is generally positive, thanks to friendly employees like Daniel and Jasmine, who provide welcoming and cheerful service. Customers appreciate the staff's positive attitude and attention to detail, which enhance their experience. While some found the speaker at the drive-thru dull and the atmosphere less welcoming due to management attitudes, overall, the staff's friendliness and efficiency stand out. Hardee's is recognized for its good food, quick service, and helpful team members.
