They have great breakfast, served until noon now! Also the hot ham and cheese sandwich has always been great. Good service, fast accurate. As far as atmosphere, all hardees are where the senior citizens meet in the morning and fill the place just for coffee. I don't know why but it's a rule. That particular one and most of them also have some kind of Mexican place in then (red burrito?) And a vfw/senior center. This has got to be the stupidest Hardee’s there is!! It doesn’t matter who’s working they always manage to mess up something. Even the management is slow in the head. I’ve waited a few months to do this review, trying to give them a chance to improve but NO it only gets worse. If I could give them 0 or negative starts I would.

My wife and I worked here over a year ago and management and food quality and customer interaction was absolutely awful. I’ve waited over a year to order actual food from here, tonight I came through and the customer service was awesome, the store is much cleaner, the people are more friendly, someone has turned this store around for the better! Good job, will definitely be back

If I could give this place a no stars upon thars, I would. So on August 17, we went into the Hardees at about 3:30 and I am standing in line while a woman is talking to a kid about a job and they kept going round and round about days and times he might be able to get. But that would be the manager's call and she wouldn't be in until Friday the 19. All this time like 5 minutes waiting and so we finally begin to leave and she shouts from the counter where she was talking to the guy sorry, I'm interviewing. The cook just looked at us and grinned. Now I know why that place hardly ever has any business like most places in Rogersville. 25.00 went to Sonic which isn't much better, but at least we got served.
Even though they were short staffed the employees seem to work well together and take care of customers in a fast pace setting

Went thru drive thru around 730p and was the only customers for the whole store. They asked us to pull up and they would bri g our food to us. Ok ot wasnt lo g they rought out food out and after we pulled out of parking the lot I told my daugther to check the bag and make auee everything was there and it wasnt so we turned around and went back because mistakes happen...they had our items waiting on us.....mistakes happen no big deal....then we get home and open our food and we ordered 2 combo meals with mes fries and drinks and fries were half full and o e of the co.bos was supposed to be a double burger but only 1 patty on it. I will not be eating from this Hardees ever again. It cost me over $28 for 2 medium combos and 2 plain cheesebugers
