Moved to Tennessee recently and wanted to see what the fuss was about. The service was great, fast, and accurate. Their chicken fingers, toast, and crinkle fries were delicious. Thank you!
It's good. Won't last. Zaxby's are true sized wavy fries with seasoning that blows these fries away also get more toast. Raising Cane's chicken is a Chick-Fil-A copycat but nowhere near as good. We need a Pals copycat that flame Cooks their burgers with seasoned wavy fries not a soggy mess wrapped in tin foil like Cookout. We already got two masters of fast food chicken. Kentucky Fried Chicken is dead. Hope this information helps.

The food doesn't carry well in styrofoam. The manager is super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are very clean. The place can be packed, but the food is always out quickly. This chain consistently delivers a reliable product with fast friendly service always. Best chicken tenders and best sauce.
