I come to this zaxby’s atleast one time a week. Today, I had placed my online order to pick up before leaving my work, however I do work less than 5 minutes up the road. As somebody who used to work in fast food before advancing my career, I pull up to the speaker to inform them that I am picking up my online order. Went in to order, young man at register gave us wrong information on item we asked about, kept looking at register. I suppose he was getting info from the register when he pulled up item in question. Service was quick. Young man very nice and as helpful as possible, very courteous. Their portions keep getting smaller and prices getting bigger.

I went to Zaxby's to try their Zensation Salad. It's a good salad although it is a bit sweet. Enjoyed the wonton crisps.The egg roll that comes on the side was GREASE SOAKED and not really good.I'm not much on salads but this is different kind of salad.They do have one of the new fountain drink machines with all the flavor mixes. Love those.Dietary restrictions: On new diet with carb restrictions and I can eat out there
