Great food and always the best service.
Went here for lunch with my companion to get the peanut butter shake because this place has it exclusively and no where else. The burger is got was super delicious and the best part were their fries. I would recommend this place if you want a quick burger for cheap that tastes good!

Pal's Sudden Service is a popular fast-food restaurant located in a mall, which can make pickup a bit crowded and confusing. The food is consistently good, with standout items like the fantastic burger and Peanut Butter Shake. Customers appreciate the great frenchy fries and cold drinks, along with fast service, even during busy times. It has become a staple in East Tennessee, with many returning for lunch or dinner. However, some customers have noted issues with order accuracy, particularly with fries and unnecessary questions about cheese on hamburgers, which can slow down the drive-thru service. Despite these minor concerns, Pal's Sudden Service remains a beloved go-to spot for many.
