“I am always reluctant to eat at chain restaurants due to not knowing how long the food has been frozen and not having the fresh taste.The Johnson City TN location exceeded my expectations. Everything tasted amazing! As a former server I kind of have high standards. Our server was phenomenal. We did not need to ask for anything. She was intuitive and brought refills, extra bread sticks and boxes.“
“Great place for a great burger. Place opens at 5 and is located next to the Double Tree hotel lobby. Great service, friendly staff and the price/portion was very good. Food was cooked right and hot when is came out. Everything is made to order, so grab a drink and relax. Nice atmosphere with plenty of tvs to entertain. Glad we live in town, we'll be back.“
“This review is not about the food. We already know the food is good. This review is about Chickfila as a brand. This location particularly had such a comforting and relaxing atmosphere. My day has not been the greatest but after sitting down and enjoying my meal i felt more at ease. Chickfila is more than a chicken sandwich it is comfort and peace ❤️ i love chickfila and also - I had asked one of the employees for some ketchup which was at the condiments station but he still went and got it for me even when I was told him i could grab one since it was right around the corner.“
“They did a great job and had wonderful service. My only recommendation to for the employees to explain or mention what toppings come with your order or lack there of. For those of us who are not regular customers it can help to makd sure we get something wd want how we want it. Thank you very much!“
“Remarkably friendly service. Everyone was very tentative and courteous. It’s my first time trying the grilled chicken and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. Lots of condiments too. Probably more than I need but I’ll take them home and use them I’m sure.?“
“This is my new favorite place to eat. Especially the new Salad and sandwhich. I didn't think I was going to like the salad because all you could see was the greens but once I mixed it and added a few things from home it was great. Different story for their sweet tea ...yuk!! I couldn't even drink it and I was thirsty.“

“If there's one there's one thing I have to praise East Tennessee State University about, it's that they know how to take care of their students. This Chick-fil-A is conveniently located in a place where a lot of students pass by or socialize in. Not to mention it's open until 10PM making it ideal if you need a late night snack.“

She was right, I got a Paco, and it was great! Your online ordering is very easy, and despite the road construction you weren’t hard to figure out.
