I love pals but today i got two big pals and we were so disappointed the not only wasn't melted but it was cold. When i get a burger with chesse i expect for it to be hot and melted you would think as slow as they were today the it would of been
Pals has to be the BEST and most consistent burger chain in the country (if not the world). I absolutely love this place and I visit everytime I am in the tri-cities area. The service is always fast, the staff is always Super Nice and the food is always DELICIOUS!!! My only gripe is that there is no Pal's where I live in Charlotte NC. It would be sooooo amazing if there were one in Charlotte. However, being that there is none, I ususally travel to Kingsport TN at least 10-12...read full review

One of the most consistently good fast food restaurants, Pals delivers on it's sudden service promise with a smile. I had them for breakfast today and spent $12 and 5 minutes tops in the line, and my food stayed warm while I made my commute to work.
