Greeted and seated promptly - server Justin provided great service while allowing us plenty of space to enjoy our date. Greeted us with a complimentary glass of Prosecco to celebrate the occasion. Food was, as always, outstanding. We split a beet/arugula salad that was generous enough for 4. We both enjoyed blackened halibut special and ordered waaaay too many sides. May have snuck in a cocktail or two before wine with dinner. Anyways, it was an outstanding dinner, great service and fun ambiance - we will be back!”

“Hoptown has the absolute BEST staff! We are always greeted with smiles & kind words. There's a huge variety of beers & some cocktails to select from. There is always something fun to do from Singo to Trivia, live bands or markets you'll never be bored. Hoptown frequently has a great food truck rotation & if the food truck isn't your cup of tea Brooklyn Boys pizza delivers. There's also a wonderful little area to celebrate events. I have personally never had a party here but I've seen some beautiful baby showers & birthdays. If you haven't tried Hoptown you're missing out!”

“We come from New York and lived in Boca Raton and have now lived in Cornelius for four years and the food here in North Carolina is horrible to say the least! Acqua Ragazza is finally a place where you can find an excellent dining experience! The only downfall is that the prices are a bit high for the area where it is located and to add insult to injury when we asked for additional bread, they charged us a whopping four dollars which after what we were charged for the meal was shocking to say the least! Aside from that unless you either live in The Point in Mooresville or The Peninsula in Cornelius, very few people in this area will be able to afford the prices! Just a Point to Ponder for Management!”

“NC Donut Star is simply the Best! A coworker turned me onto theDonut Star and I have to fight the urge to go there sometimes because I battle with my weight. The donuts are light and fluffy. They are so soft and delicious. I am going to the beach today and I am going to pick up an assortment so my mom can try them. I have raved about this place and she is curious as to see what they taste like. I am sure that she will be delighted as I am. The store is clean and it is a great environment. All of the donuts in the case look so inviting that it is hard to choose what little beauty you will pick out. I am impressed! I highly recommend checking them out. Krispy Kreme Who? yeah, I said that.”

We had a group of 50 people and the service and food was great. Andrew, the event manager, and our bartender were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. “Love the options, I've been about 9-10 times! I love the vegan option with the pho, but I've notice that when I add veggies with my meat pho the portions very depend on time of day. The portions should remain the same because my cost isn't lowered. The waitresses are nice and pleasant to speak with. The spring rolls are over cooked often, so I stopped ordering them. Now, I will not be returning because the have a Health Score of 90.5 and the reason I was given for a low score wasn't consistent with the Health Dept. 90 is too low, its the little things that you get you sick and if they don't consider my health I will not eat at their establishment. The parking is scarce. It can get really crowed and seating is limited.

“Taqueria Guerrero is tasty and worth your time. Got the carne taco, the pollo taco, and the chorizo taco. All of them were good, and the price was good too. I paid $15 for 5 tacos. The woman who helped me was friendly. I'd recommend taking your food to go because it's in a parking lot next to a gross abandoned car wash. But I've got nothing but good things to say about my experience. This is the best taco truck I've been to in the area.”

“After reading most of the reviews I can personally attest that many are accurate. We have been 3x , one lunch and 2 dinners. Lunch was good, no complaints at all but will agree the $$ is a bit high but what isn’t today. Now on to the dinners , both times it was 2 couples I would rate the first visit a 1 and the second a 4.5. The first experience was not pleasant. Slow service, cold dinner the list goes on. We decided to give it a go last week and a complete 180. Very good service very good food and our guests loved it as well. Everyone has an off day so very glad we tried it again. Next time it will be another lunch visit.”

“Our first experience with Playa Bowls was at this location this afternoon for lunch. Gianna seemed to be working by herself when we walked in and there was not only a line waiting to order, but people waiting for their orders. To add to the chaos, it looked like mobile orders kept popping through too. After overhearing a conversation with a coworker on the phone, she was overwhelmed but had the coolest head and was still very kind. The wait was obviously longer than you’d expect, but we walked into it and had that expectation from the get-go so it was no issue for us. In case she had a rough day today, I hope she knows she handled the situation, the sudden rush, really well! The Pura Vida and Power bowls were delicious!”

I really love this coffee shop. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the menu has plenty of great options, and the staff is always friendly. It’s the kind of place you want to hang out for a while, whether you’re meeting up with friends or getting some work done.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the price. I brought my own 16 oz tumbler and was still charged over $4 for plain black coffee, which felt a little steep. I totally appreciate quality, but I’d love to see a more reasonable price for the basics.
That said, it’s still a fantastic spot, and I’ll definitely be back!”

“Been wanting to try this place, so brought my girls here after my youngest daughter’s softball game and I gotta say, I’m impressed.
I had their Hawaiian pizza. My older daughter (17) had a margherita pizza, and my younger daughter (14) had their oriecchetti pasta. We also got an order of their cheesy bread as an appetizer. The pizza crust was thinner, but still chewy with a light crust. I was a little disappointed because I thought the Hawaiian pizza would come with the red sauce, but I think they just made it with olive oil and garlic. It was still pretty good, and came with ham, candied pineapple, bacon bits, and mozzarella. The cheesy bread was the same crust as the pizza, with the same olive oil and garlic and a thick layer of mozzarella.
The place had great ambiance, the service was quick and the young lady waiting on us was very friendly and helpful.
I’d highly recommend this place, and look forward to coming back and trying the pasta.”

Culver's is counter services but a step up from other chain fast food. This location is clean, with good service and excellent food. Kudos to the manager.”

“Nothing negative to say. The cocktails, appetizer and entrees were SPOT ON, The food and service was 5 stars. Diego was the most profession and comical server. We only live 2 miles away and have found a diamond in the rough. We will definitely make this spot our regular date night!!”
