We come from New York and lived in Boca Raton and have now lived in Cornelius for four years and the food here in North Carolina is horrible to say the least! Acqua Ragazza is finally a place where you can find an excellent dining experience! I am a foodie and love trying great new restaurants. After a long trip from my home in New York and a productive day, meeting with a local NASCAR team, I followed a recommendation to try Acqua Ragazza. It was unbelievable! My wife and I dined there on 12/23/25. We’re from NJ and I’m very particular about where we dine out for date night. Personally I feel there are too many places in this region that fry everything.
