My family (3 adults and 4 children) went to the Huntersville location this past weekend and there was literally a COCKROACH hanging out on the floor by our table. We pointed it to our waitress and she said how embarrassing it was, then proceeded to smash it with her foot while telling us “don’t look” multiple times. I ordered lasagna around 9:30 Saturday October 4th. In South End. They made it look yummy on their website but what they served me was not edible. It looked as if someone drowned lasagna noodles in spaghetti sauce but the sauce wasn’t even red so I’m not sure what it was. By the time I got home and got a look at it the restaurant was closed so I couldn’t take it back.

We love the pizza, but our order is wrong half the time. When placing an online order, the employees have to hand key the order into their system. More times than not, the order is keyed wrong. I’m tired of having to wait extra time because of the carelessness.

The stromboli is the best in town, with light and crispy dough almost like a croissant, and sweet, buttery high-quality cheese, though it has a little too much garlic oil. The garlic knots are loved, but they charge extra for marinara and do not give enough sauce for the amount of knots. The best meatballs in years and waffle fries are top notch, going above and beyond. The service is excellent and very attentive, with a host always helping and staying busy. It is a favorite night of the week.
