“This location is close to work and easy to dine at with outdoor seating available. Been here several times but this is the first time I tried the Spicy Pickle Pizza. The crust is great. It has enough salt in it to make the entire pizza flavorful without the toppings. It is topped with ground chicken sausage, grilled sweet onions, parsley, dill pickles, cheese and Calabrian peppers and drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey. It is my favorite pizza there! I would request extra pickles next time and an extra side of hot honey (or bring my own!). I was too hungry to take a pic of the pizza. I wish I had noticed the lunch special because I ordered the regular size pizza which was enough for a PM snack and dinner!“

“I brought my kids here for dinner tonight, and I was pleasantly surprised! The sauce was decent and the kids pizza was perfectly portioned! The dough was thin and crispy. As for myself, I had this delicious Greek salad and I will definitely be coming back for another one! Loved it!“

“Hosted our very large group on a moments notice. Music playing but you could still chat. Great beverage selection, food was also quick and delicious. Staff were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. A must visit! Will be back!

“We are staying in Mooresville, found them online searching for a good supper. Ordered and picked up, they have wonderful customer service, she kept me informed of my larger order and my wait time was short. Great food and wonderful service. I would definitely go and order from there again.“

“While visiting Mooresville from Houston I recently tried Jets Pizza.
I was blown away by the quality of their food. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust and generous toppings. The staff was so very friendly and efficient, making the ordering process for my large wedding party quick and easy. The prices were also very reasonable for the large portions that you receive. I will definitely be returning to Jets Pizza in the future and highly recommend it to others looking for a tasty meal in Mooresville.“

“Always wonderful food and service is great, however, they HAVE to do something about the air conditioning! It was BEYOND hot in there. Was literally cooler outside and it’s 90 today ?. If we didn’t have guests with us- we would have left.“

“This snack bar is great for a quick bite to eat, or a drink. It is a great place to read a book while others are shopping, or to set as a place for meeting. It is clean, there are plenty of seats. It is.beyond the cash register, and inexpensive. On drinks, refills are free.“

“We absolutely love this place and will continue to go all the time. We reserve the room for myself 13th birthday and by the way to reserve your room is free just to let everyone know you do not have to pay the reserve that room and as long as no one needs the room before or after you you can stay in that room for as long as you need. But we absolutely love it there and will but we absolutely love it there and have for years and will continue to go for years to come!!“

Ordered here many times but tonight’s service was absolutely awful! I mentioned to the delivery guy that they forgot my small garden salad. He was very nice and mentioned that he would call and let the store know. I called to let the store know in case he forgot. The girl that answered the phone said I got it but never asked my name or address. So how do you know where to send it? So I told her my information. She states that I will have to wait 2 hrs because of other orders. I expressed to her that wasn’t right because this is your mistake, not mine. But the awful thing is, she doesn’t have any customer service skills because she didn’t say, “ma’am we are sorry, it may take awhile, would you like a refund or would you mind coming to pick it up? Instead she told me that it is right that I wait 2 hours for my small salad bc they have a lot of orders. Whoever the manager is needs to retrain his employees on good customer service and what to say in situations where THEY messed up and not the customer. Not argue with the customer and when I asked for the refund she acted as though I had to wait the 2 hrs for the salad. Like I had no other option. In order to get my salad or refund, I had to come to the store. It’s a reason I ordered delivery!!! I received no apology when I walked in the store. Wasn’t greeted. The pizza toppings were skimpy and the pizza was not hot..(cheese wasn’t melted all the way). Please address your store manager on how to handle business when things get busy.“

“Food was delicious but most importantly good customer service is rare these days. I spoke with a gentleman over the phone because I was having trouble with the Pizza Hut app. Even though he wasn’t able to help me with the app, he apologized for the inconvenience and told me to refresh the app a couple times to see if it would help. I know this may seem little to some but it meant a lot to me. Keep up the good work Pizza Hut!!“
