“Hello I wanted to edit this review...the management has reached out to me and assured me that they have trained all staff and have been so kind and understanding! I was given a refund also but the most important to me that others do not experience any sickness from allergies or the like ..again the management was sooo understanding and helpful. Going to be going back and any business willing to make it right is unusal so I appreciated the willingness to teach their staff!!!

I'm very upset right now. I ordered the lite vanilla ice cream and I questioned that it was empty at the usual location. He assured me it was the lite ice cream. I eat the same there always because I have issues with sugar and this time I got violently ill vomiting because it was NOT the lite sugar! There are serious reasons people order low sugar. Besides that he slopped it in a bowl without asking if I wanted anything in it. I can have only berries and when I asked for strawberries he slopped it on the cold stone where previous ice cream had been and didn't clean it up so I had something chocolate in it also... Really the first experience there with this sort of issue.“

“My friends and family were out for a night on the town, in downtown Davidson. After having dinner in Cornelius, we were driving around Davidson and we found ourselves in dire need of a sweet treat upon walking down the beautiful strip that is downtown Davidson we be held the ice cream shop Ben & Jerry’s upon us walking in Trace and Noah immediately greeted us with friendly faces. I was immediately calmed by how nice they were and the delicious ice cream and toppings that topped my ice cream.
These sweet treats mean the world to me and I was immediately teleported to the dairy fields of the farm. Words cannot describe how pleasurable my experience was at Ben & Jerry’s in downtown Davidson. Trace and Noah will have me coming back for more. Keep up the great work.“
