“These five stars are specifically for Elijah! I had an unpleasant experience with the food I purchased, and he happened to be at the counter and not only heard me out, but assisted me. In the five years I have been going to this McDonald’s, my McFlurry’s have constantly looked like crap and lacked the proper flavors! However, when Elijah made my McFlurry, it brought me back to the old times how the McFlurry should be! Every time I come to this McDonald’s I will be asking for Elijah to make my McFlurry! Thank you, Elijah for being the best part of this McDonald’s.“
“Hello, everyone! I love McDonald’s for its tasty food, affordable prices, and fast service. But not all McDonald’s are equally good. Today, I visited one of the best McDonald’s in the USA, located at: 1090 Brawley School Rd, Mooresville, NC. As a truck driver, I’ve seen all kinds of service, and trust me, this one stands out. An excellent team works here, led by a manager named Torris. The place is spotless, with decorative flowers on the tables, and the staff is very respectful. Even the coffee tastes great thanks to the good water. Big respect to Torris and her team!“
“This sounds so silly but this is the loveliest McDonalds I’ve ever been to! The staff is so kind and happy, literally went out of their way to check-in on table service. They also have so much pride in their store, they have such cute decorations all over that were so sweet. I never thought I’d leave a review for a McDonalds but they were so nice and I was blown away by care and attention here.“
“Stopped by McDonald’s in Mooresville and had such a great experience! The food was fast, fresh, hot, and made perfectly, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service from the manager, KeKe. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was running smoothly with a positive attitude the whole time. It’s rare to find service that genuinely makes your day better, and KeKe definitely did that. Huge thanks to her and the team for such an awesome visit — we’ll definitely be back!“
