McDonald's in Gastonia

“The morning shift ladies are all so incredible. I've stopped by almost every morning for the past few months to get an iced coffee in the drive thru. Without fail, every visit is exceptional. The morning crew are very sweet, quick, and an incredibly friendly group of ladies. I’ll definitely keep coming back, not just for the really good coffee, but for the genuinely warm interactions that always start my mornings on a great note.“

“The three that we're in there the two women and the young guy at 4:52 a.m. I went to three different McDonald's locations to get holiday pies and a sweet tea and they were the only ones that had it and they were all really good and they did a great job so I thank you and I appreciate what you guys do“

“I might be old fashioned but ordering McDouble's in the drive-thru shouldn't get you moved to a parking spot for 5 or 6 minutes. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or if this is the norm so you might get different results. Everybody was friendly so that made it a lot better and the order was correct which surprised me. All in all this McDonald's was not bad and I've definitely been to worse locations.

Parking: The location is hard to get out of if you need to make a left. The busy intersection above it tends to have the drive blocked during high traffic times.“

“Standard McDonald's. Food is average mostly because sometimes hot sometimes not kinda thing. The staff are as friendly as they have to be to get you out of the drive thru window. My suggestion would be make sure food is hot. And please have the staff be a little more careful with food. My biscuit today was in pieces. Tasted good but had to eat it in pieces.“

“It's McDonald's what else can be said. The people only do what they're told you wait up front for a packet of ketchup. Foods hot which today is a bonus other than that. It's McDonald's don't expect Ruth's Chris is all I'm saying.“
