“Ok... it is McDonald's food... however, our food was hot, cooked properly, order was correct, the staff was very friendly and kind, bathrooms were clean, and considering I do not visit McDonald's for much outside of coffee... this place was a positive experience all around! We will stop here again!“
“I know this McDonald's gets a bad name but it is the better of 2 evils. The McDonald's at Cleveland mall always gives me cold fries and rude employees. This is the best McDonald's in Shelby NC. If one should be removed it is the one at the mall.“
