McDonald's in Blacksburg

“I would like to file a formal complaint about the poor customer service I received at McDonald's. I waited more than 35 minutes for my food order, which is unacceptable. When I approached an employee to ask about the delay, they ignored my concerns and did not make any effort to help or explain the situation.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive proper service. Instead, I felt ignored and disappointed. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate action to improve customer service so that other customers do not have the same experience.

“We have had so much bad service or food at a lot of McDonald's over the years, that we had not ate at one in 10 years. Based off of a suggestion we tried this McDonald's in Blacksburg, SC two years ago and was not disappointed. You could even get ice cream here regularly, unlike the rest of them that always say the ice cream machine is broken. Since then, they have been very consistent until lately. You used to be able to get fresh chicken nuggets there. They now sit out all day probably under a heat lamp until you order them, because they are not fresh and a little hard. We tried them again and it was overall good except the nuggets again.“
