AWESOME SAUCE
Literally cardboard fries, no salt in site, wanted to charge me for 1 SINGLE BBQ sauce for a medium fry.
I would like to file a formal complaint about the poor customer service I received at McDonald's. I waited more than 35 minutes for my food order, which is unacceptable. When I approached an employee to ask about the delay, they ignored my concerns and did not make any effort to help or explain the situation.
