“Our waitress was amazing. Unfortunately they were out of my coconut cake, but the 6layer cake is devine😋. The steak was cooked perfectly, but it didn't have any flavor. Maybe it was a new cook or something, but all 3 of us said it was very bland this day and could have used some seasoning. The atmosphere is great! My dad did have a good idea though. He said they should put bird feeders and wildlife feeders out in the grassy area behind the parking lot so you can watch the wildlife. I honestly love that idea.”

“It is a Dunkin express inside of a pilot gas station. They keep the coffee full and ready for you to prepare. The syrups and everything are half of the time extremely sticky, which really says more about pilot staff than Dunkin’s products so overall everything is good except it being in a gas station.”

“Stopped at the Taco Bell in Blacksburg, South Carolina and had a great experience. This location was fast, clean, and the staff stayed friendly and professional the entire time. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how it was ordered, which is always appreciated when you’re traveling or making a quick stop on the road.

The restaurant itself was well maintained, the dining area was clean, and the employees were working hard to keep everything moving smoothly even during busy hours. Service was quick, the order was accurate, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we walked in.

For anyone traveling through South Carolina or stopping off the highway for a quick bite, this Taco Bell is definitely worth the stop. Great customer service, fresh food, and a team that clearly cares about doing things the right way. 5 stars all the way!”

“I would like to file a formal complaint about the poor customer service I received at McDonald's. I waited more than 35 minutes for my food order, which is unacceptable. When I approached an employee to ask about the delay, they ignored my concerns and did not make any effort to help or explain the situation.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive proper service. Instead, I felt ignored and disappointed. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate action to improve customer service so that other customers do not have the same experience.

“We have had so much bad service or food at a lot of McDonald's over the years, that we had not ate at one in 10 years. Based off of a suggestion we tried this McDonald's in Blacksburg, SC two years ago and was not disappointed. You could even get ice cream here regularly, unlike the rest of them that always say the ice cream machine is broken. Since then, they have been very consistent until lately. You used to be able to get fresh chicken nuggets there. They now sit out all day probably under a heat lamp until you order them, because they are not fresh and a little hard. We tried them again and it was overall good except the nuggets again.”

“I usually order Zakary’s at least once a week through DoorDash. They have the best coffee and latte’s around. I’m always happy with the quality and taste of my drinks. Today, I tried to order through DoorDash but it wasn’t working due to some of the roads still having snow and ice. I messaged the owner and he delivered my coffee to me plus brought an extra treat. He went out of his way to bring my coffee to me which he didn’t have to do. I’ll forever be a customer. Thank you so much!”

“I have been having our cakes made by Ms Miriam for four years. She’s made the cakes and desserts for both of my children’s weddings. We also have all of the birthday cakes and cheesecakes made by her. She always makes them perfectly to the ideas we had. Her quality is beyond any, and she is always so sweet and easy to work with. I am in the process of scheduling each cake needed for the rest of 2026 and will be using Ms Miriam for my wedding cake as soon as we set a date.Thank you for always making our special days even better.”

“We stopped in coming from North Carolina and I asked chat gpt for a soul food restaurant and it gave us Sandy’s chew chew and honestly at first we thought it wouldn’t be any good but I beg to differ. The food was very and when I say very I mean very good. I had originally order the stew beef over rice but they didn’t have enough so she gave me what the had left as well as I got to choose another meat which I chose the hamburger steak with gravy and onions I also had the broccoli casserole as well as the collard greens and when I say everything was delicious it was and we will be going back there.”
