We stopped in coming from North Carolina and I asked chat gpt for a soul food restaurant and it gave us Sandy’s chew chew and honestly at first we thought it wouldn’t be any good but I beg to differ. The food was very and when I say very I mean very good. Excellent service, awesome soul food!! Lots to choose from and you get a plate full of food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Its an experience for sure! Dont be in a hurry. Just sit back and watch the locals wander in. The Owner makes good conversation and even better Fried Chicken! My husband said the hamburger steak was excellent. She cooks like its her home kitchen and you are friends dropped in for a chat.
