“I would like to file a formal complaint about the poor customer service I received at McDonald's. I waited more than 35 minutes for my food order, which is unacceptable. When I approached an employee to ask about the delay, they ignored my concerns and did not make any effort to help or explain the situation.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive proper service. Instead, I felt ignored and disappointed. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate action to improve customer service so that other customers do not have the same experience.

“We have had so much bad service or food at a lot of McDonald's over the years, that we had not ate at one in 10 years. Based off of a suggestion we tried this McDonald's in Blacksburg, SC two years ago and was not disappointed. You could even get ice cream here regularly, unlike the rest of them that always say the ice cream machine is broken. Since then, they have been very consistent until lately. You used to be able to get fresh chicken nuggets there. They now sit out all day probably under a heat lamp until you order them, because they are not fresh and a little hard. We tried them again and it was overall good except the nuggets again.“

“Excellent menu good old down home cooking. I had the pull pork. Wife had the Reuben sandwich. She said it was the best reuben sandwich she had ever eaten food was excellent definitely eating here again 😁“

“We stopped in coming from North Carolina and I asked chat gpt for a soul food restaurant and it gave us Sandy’s chew chew and honestly at first we thought it wouldn’t be any good but I beg to differ. The food was very and when I say very I mean very good. I had originally order the stew beef over rice but they didn’t have enough so she gave me what the had left as well as I got to choose another meat which I chose the hamburger steak with gravy and onions I also had the broccoli casserole as well as the collard greens and when I say everything was delicious it was and we will be going back there.“

“This is our go-to place every Monday except for when they are closed or if something else is going on. They are just a little laid-back small town joint. Everyone who works there is always super nice. It can get a little crowded sometimes during lunch hour, but we always manage to find a spot. They also have a covered picnic area if you like to eat outside. Food is always delicious. The BBQ is the best in town (sorry to both Bridges lovers). Burgers are excellent, and so are the hot dogs. I highly recommend it. They only take cash, though, if you have never been.“
