McDonald's in Rock Hill

“This McDonald by far is the best McDonald I have been to in years!! Cassidy and I think her name is Kella service was amazing. They had a very positive attitude and seemed very happy to be at work. This is not something that’s common at McDonald as I visit McDonald all over pretty often.. To see this gives me grace that people are still amazing at McDonald and not all locations are bad!! Good job ladies!!“

“Drove up to the drive through and was immediately asked if we were using the mobile app. We were and provided our 4 digit order code. I drove around to the first window where a kind lady named Delores prompty provided our receipt. We asked for an extra syrup with our order and she told the other side so we didnt have to. We had two orders one of which one had a breakfast sandwich that was customized and one had the extra syrup. Both were correct and tasted good. Mcdonalds isnt a fancy restaurant but I can appreciate great service, good food, a correct order, and a great price via the mobile app.“

“Every time I come through on third shift, the young woman, Mia(I asked her name), working is overjoyed, respectful, and incredibly kind. Her attitude alone can turn your whole night around. She makes my heart smile and is truly amazing at what she does.“

“I have to thank the staff working the afternoon shift today, 6/4. I pulled up to the drive thru and my car battery died right at the window. I blocked service for several hours, and staff were very patient and kind. They continued serving patrons by bringing food out to cars. One male worker came out and attempted to jump my car but it was dead. After 2+ hours finally a tow truck came. Appreciate all your kindness.“

“At one point in time this location was maybe a 1 star. It was always dirty, the staff wasn't very friendly, it took forever to get your order and by the time you got it, it was cold, under cooked, messy, and nasty. That has all changed now! I went in and ordered some food on the kiosk. Within 10 minutes, my order had been fully cooked, bagged, and handed over to me. My Caramel Frappe was made exactly as I ordered it with an amazing taste. My food was hot right out of the bag and we'll put together. It wasn't messy and was very tasty. My fries were hot and salty, which made me so happy because usually my fries are cold and nasty when I receive them! The service was great and the employees were very attentive to my needs! Will definitely visit this location again!“

“Forgot my bacon and pickles on my McChicken. Large fry didn’t really seem like a large. Had me pull up to wait for my food, expected that meant it would be fresh but majority of my order was cold. Rather dissatisfied.*UPDATE. Visited again recently and food was correct, warm and quick! Improved greatly!“
