We had a slight mixup with our order that I didn’t catch until I got home. I called the number on the receipt and they offered to remake the pizza, refund us, and let me know (via text) when it was done so I didn’t have to wait again. The taste would have been the reason I returned anyway, but the great customer service solidified it. I’m extremely picky and have been struggling to find a pizza place that I like out here since relocating.“

“Kela was extraordinary to witness this morning. I was merely a bystander waiting on my order. I watched this barista speak to two separate individuals with two separate language barriers and assisted them both intently. She made it a point to communicate with both customers to the best of her ability and even calling in reinforcements to translate so that the customers could be addressed. That was beautiful to witness and says a lot about this baristas character. Oh and my coffee as amazing.“
