“This is the coziest coffee shop I have been to in or near Clover. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and they make sure they always get your order correct. I have never been disappointed with the coffee or the food I have had from Brick & Mortar.“

“I moved to Lake Wylie, SC a year ago. First order of business...find a Dunkin Donuts! ? From my first visit to the Lake Wylie location at 335 Vesla Lane, the workers and service were absolutely the best!Now, a little more than a year later, only one thing has changed...the workers are like family to me! They are soooo...pleasant and totally service minded. Virtually every day, a very nice note is written on my coffee container, such as, "Thank you, Del! Have a nice day" and a smiling face, "Happy Friday" and more.I have never had such great service and pleasant personalities at any other Dunkin Donuts locations.Thank you to everyone there for making my days so much brighter!! “Doordash and they constantly try to get you to confirm the order before they even hand it to you... As a Dasher on the app it says that we are required to have the order in our hands before we confirm that we have it. They need to hand the bag over first because having people confirm it and walking around the back with the bag in your hand or setting it down on the counter and forgetting what you're doing is really getting on people's nerves. Customers don't like it. And the dashers don't appreciate them messing with their ratings“

“Loved the environment. I have been wanted to come here for months and stated how excited I was to finally be here when I arrived. The atmosphere was cute and cozy. The staff wasn’t very helpful when they ran out of a few things in out order for offering swap suggestions after we paid. Not tremendous friendly or helpful but made our food and drinks. I asked about the shopping bags I saw in a previous post on this page and was just told “no”. I’m not sure if that meant they were out, never had them, didn’t sell them but decided to accept the one word answer. I’d go again but given the place was empty, the service and engagement was lacking.“

“Wifey and I had dinner at Southern Touch last night - we both had BBQ plates. Was my 2nd time having their BBQ; I absolutely LOVE it! Tastes just the BBQ I loved in Georgia; ONLY BETTER! Thank you Southern Touch for the awesome food (still looking forward to trying the fried squash)! Their sweet BBQ sauce is awesome - give it a shot. “Just get the coffee, it rocks! Stay clear of the ice tea, it’s the weirdest thing you’ll ever try….. it like a concentrate with added water?? We could not figure out what was happening when we watched how the ice tea was made. It wasn’t good. So stick to the coffee because they do it right! Better than Starbucks (less bitter and more smooth).“

“This location gets very very busy in the mid mornings between 10 and 11 and their parking lot is very cramped and clogs up people trying to get to the strip that is behind it so it can be annoying. They're also not very consistent with how they make the drinks even if you order it the same way every time. It's usually good, and right so overall I give it a 4. We go here about once a week to get our shaken espresso on Saturday mornings.“
