“Yesterday was the worst the staff wasnt pleasant when I asked could my order be remade. They gave me 2 smoothies and told me that’s how it is and all I said I been at this location several times and never got a smoothie that’s looks like this and the cashier was nice to me until I asked her what was the ladies name that was communicating with me she gave me a blinked stare and told me she didn’t know the employee name she said So then I said do you have a manager available she said we don’t have managers ma’am and basically told me this your order no refund have a nice day. I will be trying to reach someone that’s over them because this is unacceptable and ridiculous to treat customers like this and I gave a tip. Who wants a watery smoothie?? I didn’t even tell the cashier that one drink was suppose to be a refresher but for what they already knew how they all decided how to treat me based on the deliverance how they treated my complaint. I want a refund or my order made correctly. I will give it a couple days hopefully I’m able to reach another staff member that take customers feedback positive or negative seriously. “The morning shift ladies are all so incredible. I've stopped by almost every morning for the past few months to get an iced coffee in the drive thru. Without fail, every visit is exceptional. The morning crew are very sweet, quick, and an incredibly friendly group of ladies. I’ll definitely keep coming back, not just for the really good coffee, but for the genuinely warm interactions that always start my mornings on a great note.“

“McDonald’s was okay, nothing too special. The food tasted fresh enough and my order was mostly right, but the service was kinda slow even though it wasn’t super busy. Staff were decent, just not very friendly during my visit. The place was clean and comfortable though, so overall it was just an average experience for me.“
