“Doordash and they constantly try to get you to confirm the order before they even hand it to you... As a Dasher on the app it says that we are required to have the order in our hands before we confirm that we have it. They need to hand the bag over first because having people confirm it and walking around the back with the bag in your hand or setting it down on the counter and forgetting what you're doing is really getting on people's nerves. Customers don't like it. And the dashers don't appreciate them messing with their ratings“

“Wifey and I had dinner at Southern Touch last night - we both had BBQ plates. Was my 2nd time having their BBQ; I absolutely LOVE it! Tastes just the BBQ I loved in Georgia; ONLY BETTER! Thank you Southern Touch for the awesome food (still looking forward to trying the fried squash)! Their sweet BBQ sauce is awesome - give it a shot. “Scott. He is awesome!!! Best employee I’ve ever seen in here. I’ve been coming here for years and I know I can be complicated. Most of the time I would get a mean face, or the wrong order on my coffee. But he made sure I got what I wanted with a big smile on his face!! Great costumer service! I’d definitely come more often now. 😁“
“Sarah and Destiny were awesome! Quick and friendly! I enjoyed talking to Sarah about our travels around the country while waiting for my coffee. The Starbucks across the street is always closed for one reason or another, so I was glad to see this one had seating and the line moved so quickly!“
