“I came into the drive through at 10:45, when they closed at 11 and was so extremely sorry for pulling in but I needed to get food for my husband who was working the graveyard shift welding. These workers were the nicest people I have ever met. Special shoutout to the workers and the lady with the blonde pixie cut. She’s literally an angel and thank you for staying open to feed me and my husband. :)“

“This is one of the best cafes we have ever visited on this continent! I ate an absolutely amazing quiche and a chocolate hazelnut crunch bar that was out of this world. The owner was super friendly, as was the rest of the staff. I wish we lived closer and could visit every week!“

“This is by far, one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. The coffee is good and hot (an understated quality). They're always willing to brew a fresh batch when the hot coffee has been sitting. The only downside is that the service and atmosphere can be inconsistent at times. I've been charged different prices for the same item several times. This particular shop is more conducive to in-person meetings as opposed to remote working/ video meetings due to the noise. There is a back room which is ideal for remote working but unfortunately it can become a bit noisy as well (music and other patrons). The lighting, decor, and ambience added pluses.“

Tasty and unique beverages- I love their selection drinks based on things from books- so creative!
They also have many tasty and unique treat options you can purchase at the coffee shop as well.

Most of the time I would get a mean face, or the wrong order on my coffee. But he made sure I got what I wanted with a big smile on his face!! Great costumer service! “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tona and the team at the Starbucks in Dallas, NC. Tona consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, and she is truly the reason I make the drive to this location every morning on my way to work.
After a less-than-optimal experience at another Starbucks location in Lincolnton, Tona took the time to listen, fix my drink, and ensure it was made exactly right. Since then, my drink has been perfect every time. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care for her customers are unmatched.
In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Tona stands out. She always greets customers with a positive attitude and makes each visit feel personal and welcoming. She has turned what could have been a lost customer into a loyal one, and I look forward to stopping by each morning because I know I can count on her.
