They are always very nice and courteous and give the BEST customer service. I have left the Denver location unhappy sooo many times, and have not once ever left this one unhappy! “A pretty average McDonald's, the server was quick in getting my order took and respectful. I ordered their 40 piece nugget deal and they added in extra ranch too so bonus point son that. The nuggets were hot but some were so covered in grease that it was like biting into a grease grape. I understand this is a fast food place and their pace is rushed but they need to drain their nuggets of grease correctly. The nuggets were delicious otherwise so that is why I'm giving them three stars on food.Parking: The parking lot wraps all around the building.“
“This place is MAGICAL! My family and I live around the corner and we absolutely love coming here. The baristas know us by name and what we typically order (even though I change up my order every time) and we're always greeted with a smile. The food is delicious and I love the seasonal drinks they come up with. The vibe is so nice and our toddler loves to go because it is also kid-friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough, and honestly, didn't want to because I'm selfish and wanna keep it from getting too crowded :) By far the best coffee shop in Charlotte!Kid-friendliness: During the summer they have outdoor activities like chalk and bubbles. “I can’t believe we haven’t come here. This is a hidden gem. The coffee is perfect and all the great pastries and food. Iced vanilla lattes and Iced chai latte were perfect. Spicy turkey sandwich was a hit. The tomato bisque soup was my favorite. The egg and cheese croissant was good too. We will be coming back and def going to come here and work.“

We had no idea what we were walking into, wanted to try a Kava place after hearing about it from friends, the Kava is delicious and relaxing (I had 3) but what makes this place really special is the people. The owners, the activites (check their website for music trivia, karaoke). This is a great contrast to today's modern world of bars where no one interacts with each other, and everyone just gets tipsy and then leaves. This is a special place where humans interact with other humans. Wish I didn't live an hour away, but I'll still be back <3“
“Visited this place over the weekend for afternoon coffee. There is a parking lot across the street charged $3 for 8 hours. Not much street parking available there. This place has really great atmosphere. Our Barista was very friendly and patient. They forgot something on our order, and very quick to apologize and catered to our order. Place was packed. “I'm a sucker for a good Greek restaurant/bakery so I had to stop in here. I ordered a ham and cheese pie, kokakia, and a cappuccino. The pie was flakey and the subtle sweetness from the powdered sugar paired well with the saltiness of the cheese and ham. The kokakia was a tasty little treat and the cappuccino hit the spot. Good atmosphere and super respectful service. I would happily come back here!“

This was the closest place and the reviews look good, so I gave it a chance.I always order an Americano with extra cream when I try a new coffee spot. That’s my litmus test for determining if they make good coffee. Is it fair? Is it scientific? Nope, but it never fails me.This was a 5/5 Americano - upfront taste strong and bitter in a good way, with a little hint of citrus at the end and finished smooth. But OMG The desserts soooo good!!! Everything we got was the best we have had in a long time! We got the pb cup cheesecake, buckeye brownie & chocolate cake!! My husband had a hard time deciding which one was his favorite and I have to agree! However, I am partial to double chocolate cake! “Ayyyeee!!! This place made my day!!! When you walk in you are greeted by the scents of Heaven!! It’s amazing. Next the barista, not sure of her name was she was super sweet and gave me patience and explanation when ordering. The restrooms are gender neutral, safe, fully stocked and clean. Then the roaster/machines on the side I found super intriguing and Rory- thank you so much, what an awesome human! Explained coffee and the process in detail that I could understand- it was definitely an intro, but extremely interesting nevertheless and allowed me to take some photos and video. The food and drinks were delicious. My partner had a blueberry muffin and I had the cereal milk matcha latte- so so sooo good. I asked for whipped cream as I was comparing to Starbucks- silly old me- Night Swim puts Starbucks to shame!!! One sip and no whipped cream necessary like literally so good!! The blue berry muffin is vegan- matter of fact I think everything is vegan there and my friend didn’t save me any- it was that good! lol.. i also had the everything bagel and seasonal chive cream cream. The bagel was a bit salty, but i like salt so that works for me. Someone else may say otherwise so heads up for that. The cream cheese was very fresh and spot on- rivals New York Bagel Shop cream cheese!! Kudos!! Thank you for making my day! So glad we decided to take the detour on the way to work!! “I ordered a white chocolate mocha thinking it would taste the same as other super sugared brands (Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts). However, this was the BEST tasting coffee I have EVER had. They truly do make their own syrups, and it was so well balanced. I had finished it before I even made it back to my condo. I also ordered a ginger detox smoothie and it was SO yummy, fresh and smooth. On the outside the location looked a little sketchy lol but I’m so glad I tried them anyway. CupLux is now my new go-to.“

Have it ground fine, Turkish grind, my husband likes their scones and Mocha Frapacinos...all the kids, ( I say kids, all under 30), on staff are so sweet they've been known to give me a toothache. “I've historically had good coffee here; however, the last time I came in, I asked for straight black coffee, reinstated that I wanted black coffee after being told of a flavored roast, and was given this odd, caramel-flavored black coffee. Hopefully it was just a flule; Catawba is my go-to coffee in West Charlotte.“
