The only reason I gave them a star is because it wouldn’t allow me to not give them one. I am absolutely disgusted and mortified by what I experienced. As a former Starbucks employee of three years I never thought this would be my experience. I came looking for some back to shoes for my daughter. The service was terrible. I order my drink online a frapéchino and a refresher, I waited at least half an hour for my drinks and when they finally came out the frappe was melted and the refresher was watered down. I usually come to starbucks and I am very unsatisfied by this visit and will be sure not to this starbucks my business again.

Just left after waiting a good amount of time. Get back on the road to my next destination and low n behold they screwed my order. Ham egg isn't what I ordered. I ordered a Turkey bacon and cheese. I'm so sick of going out spending my money on incompetent individuals
