“This is by far, one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. The coffee is good and hot (an understated quality). They're always willing to brew a fresh batch when the hot coffee has been sitting. The only downside is that the service and atmosphere can be inconsistent at times. I've been charged different prices for the same item several times. This particular shop is more conducive to in-person meetings as opposed to remote working/ video meetings due to the noise. There is a back room which is ideal for remote working but unfortunately it can become a bit noisy as well (music and other patrons). The lighting, decor, and ambience added pluses.“

He’s truly a polite individual who works with a smile on his face and delivers the best service of any of the employees I’ve seen there. “I work very close to this location but my first time going to it was a couple of days ago. I initially only ordered something to drink but when I got to the window I decided that I wanted to get something to eat. The young lady at the window was very gracious took the order and asked if I wouldn't mind pulling around as not to hold up the line. When the food was done she brought it out to the car and I told her to have a fantastic day beautiful! This is a perfect example of excellent customer service. She didn't catch an attitude because I forgot I wanted to order something, she was just gracious and lovely the whole time. Kudos Starbucks for having the insight to have such a wonderful young lady like this on your team. I wish I could remember her name. The next time I stop by if she's there I will update this review with her name.

I always get the same drink and order it a certain way(extra this, extra that, drizzle etc...) it's an expensive drink because of all the modifications, but I like what I like. Usually I'm disappointed and don't go to Starbucks for about a month because I feel like I wasted my money. However, This is the first time in a VERY long time that my drink was perfectly made with all my special modifications taken into account. Thank you! 😁“
