Starbucks Coffee Company is a favorite location for lattes and matcha, with many noting the employees are absolutely awesome, super sweet, super kind, and professional. Excellent customer service is highlighted, with staff described as polite, courteous, and a pleasure. Their kindness can be contagious and really make someone's day. Some prefer to sit outside and chat. However, the drive-thru line can move super slow, with a wait of 15 minutes sometimes resulting in a wrong order, like receiving regular peppermint hot chocolates instead of peppermint white hot chocolates. The hours have also changed, which does not suit late coffee drinkers.
