I’m so glad I found this family owned restaurant to try today while I was out and about. 1368 Sweet Corner Cafe is a must try, the variety of food choices is unmatched compared to other similar restaurants in Charlotte so put this one on the list as a must try, especially if you are a Bánh Mi fan like I am!“

I watched this barista speak to two separate individuals with two separate language barriers and assisted them both intently. She made it a point to communicate with both customers to the best of her ability and even calling in reinforcements to translate so that the customers could be addressed. “This Starbucks is 5 stars only when Richard is working there. He is the most genuine person. He’s truly a polite individual who works with a smile on his face and delivers the best service of any of the employees I’ve seen there. I usually have to ask for a straw or napkins, however Richard beats me to the punch and always asks me if I want them ahead of time. No questions asked on my end. He’s always saying thank you, and wishing everyone a good day. He’s a gem. We need more employees like Richard“
