I placed a mobile order at 1:25pm, the app stated my order would be ready at 1:37pm. Walked in on time and my drink hadn’t even been started yet. Explain to me why there were 5 people working and only 1 was making drinks for in-store, drive-thru, and the mobile customers. There were 5 people in the drive-thru line, there were about 7 people inside but they all appeared to have already ordered.
